Wine And Cheese Advent Calendars Coming To United States This Fall

The German grocery store chain Aldi will be selling Advent calendars that come with wine and cheese to customers in the United States starting this fall. According to Fox News, the wine calendar will come with 24 miniature bottles of "red, white, rosĂ©, and bubbles," and will sell for $69.99.  

The wines will come from countries all over the world including Argentina, Australia, and Italy, giving customers a wide variety of styles and flavor to try as Christmas approaches. 

Aldi announced that they will also be selling a complimentary cheese calendar which will cost $12.99 and "include 24 imported mini cheeses, including cheddar, Gouda, Edam, etc.” 

The calendars will go on sale November 7th and will be available for a limited time only. Aldi cautioned customers to check with their local store because not every location is legally allowed to sell alcohol.
