Why Andra Day Was Hesitant To Play Her First Major Role

Landing her first acting role singer Andra Day, wasn't too excited to take on the role in the biopic "The United States vs. Billie Holiday'". She was quite hesitant to play the legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday. She said in a recent interview with CBS This Morning "[I thought] I definitely have to get out of this somehow. I have to not do this." She explained how she didn't want to suck with this being her first acting role. The film will play on Hulu, February 25th.
