Former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star Yung Berg, aka Hitmaka, is being accused of pistol-whipping his girlfriend.
According to a police report, obtained by The Blast, Berg's girlfriend was hospitalized with a broken nose after a "verbal dispute" with Berg turned physical early Saturday morning (March 14).
The producer allegedly "pistol-whipped" his girlfriend "numerous times" at a private residence in Los Angeles around 5:00 am. She was later hospitalized and diagnosed with a "closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations."
Following her hospital admission, the LAPD issued an emergency protective order against Berg that restrains him from coming within 100 yards of his alleged victim. The rapper is also ordered not to contact her directly or indirectly and cannot go near her home, The Blast reports. The order will expire on March 20, 2020, however, if she wants an extension she will be able to file a restraining order in Los Angeles Court.
While the LAPD is currently investigating the case, the hospital records show the injuries stemmed from an "assault."
It is unclear at this point if Yung Berg will be charged and/or arrested. As of Monday morning (March 16), he had not been brought in for questioning.
The reality star has had issues with the law in the past. Back in 2014, he was fired from Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood after he was arrested for domestic assault. Berg was accused of abusing his girlfriend at the time, Masika, who claimed he "grabbed her by the neck, threw her to the ground, dragged her by the hair and punched her in the face," in a New York City hotel.
