Yesterday we lost an icon in that of Cicely Tyson. She lived 96 years and accomplished more than some would in 3 lifetimes. She recently released her memoir entitled 'Just As I Am' and hoped that it would inspire it's reader, per her last tweet. In her final interview with ' Live with Kelly and Ryan ' Cicely revealed that she was a vegetarian since Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated which made me want to take my veganism more seriously!
