Remembering Whitney Houston

Today marked nine years since the tragic passing of Whitney Houston. On February 11, 2012, the singer was found dead in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills Hilton hotel room just before the Grammy Awards she was supposed to attend. Houston was certified as the most awarded female artist of all time by Guinness World Records. During her career she sold of over 200 million records worldwide. She's also had roles in the movies The Bodyguard, The Preacher's Wife, and Sparkle. Most importantly her famous role as the Fairy Godmother along side Brandy as Cinderella in the movie Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, will start streaming on Disney Plus tomorrow February 12th.
